A large mirror on a wall opposite a window (if possible), clear glass shower doors, reflective surfaces like glass tile, pedestal sink instead of vanity, and a light neutral color palette can make a tiny room feel larger. Less is more so keep it simple....
On your show you put in a small electric fireplace, where did you get that? Also are there any requirements for installing this kind of item in a home? I watch your show all the time, you are really great and so personable.
