My favorite Pheasant tip? For a room with big bang for little buck, “color doesn’t cost anything”. I totally agree. This family in Philadelphia wanted a beautiful bathroom with a small price tag. The style requested was Latin-flavor so I painted the walls a passionate red. They loved it!
