If you love the look of wood in everything from art to wallpaper to crafts to… ceramics!?! Yes, I said ceramics. Marcie McGoldrick is a Martha Stewart team player with a very cool line of faux-bois serving pieces that look like wood. These pieces are just waiting for an entire room to be “designed around this” (thank you Kohler for the coolest ad campaign ever!)

What is faux-bois? According to Wikipedia “Faux Bois uses a combination of concrete, mortar and cement paste applied to steel frames or armatures to sculpt three dimensional representations of wooden objects.” Pretty excellent.
Wood-look tiles are one of a “few of my favorite things”. Rex Abisco tile is the most beautiful of all! Yes, that’s TILE!
